No matter where your strengths lie, there is sure to be a volunteer opportunity that’s perfect for you. University Hospitals offers a number of volunteer opportunities both within and outside the hospital setting.

Volunteer leaders serve on our boards, leadership councils and committees as well as serve as ambassadors, informed advocates, strategic advisors and resources for UH.

Every year, volunteers across Northeast Ohio and beyond work hard to organize a variety of events to benefit UH. Large and small, these events add up, raising much needed funds for patients and programs.

Within our hospitals, volunteering at UH can involve everything from delivering reading or craft materials to our patients to visiting with a therapy dog. Contact our Volunteer Services department or the Child Life department at UH Rainbow for more information.
