Support the UH Radiology Education Fund
University Hospitals provides radiology trainees the resources, tools and support they need to succeed and thrive throughout their residencies and fellowships. Each resident or fellow comes to the UH Radiology department with unique backgrounds, skillsets and aspirations for where they see themselves within the field of radiology. While some trainees strive to become clinician-scientists, others may desire a career as a clinician-educator or departmental administrator and many need access to financial resources in order to support their educational journey.
The UH Radiology Education Fund was created to provide residents and fellows with funding for individualized educational needs and career development opportunities, including attending nationally recognized educational courses in academic leadership development, research scholarship, and radiology informatics.
The fund also allows the department to purchase electronic educational materials to supplement the more traditional didactic and cased-based lecture curriculum. New educational equipment will be utilized as a part of a state-of-the-art learning center consisting of simulation devices, 3D printers and virtual/augmented reality opportunities.
