Honoring the Legacy of Patti DePompei
As President of UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s and UH MacDonald Women’s Hospital, Patti DePompei, RN, MSN, Rainbow Babies & Children's Foundation Chair in Leadership and Innovation, has been a tireless champion of health and wellness, positively impacting the lives of countless children, women and families throughout a nearly four-decade career at UH.
Since assuming the role of President in 2012, Patti has led UH’s pediatric and women’s hospitals through one groundbreaking achievement after another, transforming healthcare for women, babies and children in the process. One of her defining accomplishments was the creation of the UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Ahuja Center for Women & Children, a state-of-the-art model of family-focused care.
Friends, supporters and colleagues are now creating the Patti DePompei, RN, MSN, Distinguished President’s Chair in Women’s and Children’s Healthcare Leadership to solidify her legacy at UH.
