Weiner Family Donates Supplies to Support Caregivers
Dani Horvitz Weiner, an active member of the Rainbow Babies & Children’s Foundation Board of Trustees, and her husband, Mike Weiner, Chairman of Kitchen Cabinet Distributors and USA Millwork, provided UH with 10,000 new N95 facemasks to support UH caregivers.
“We were in a unique position thanks to Michael’s business contacts to acquire much needed PPE," said Dani. "We're so happy to be able to donate these much needed supplies to UH to help them in their battle against COVID-19."
In 2006, Danielle joined her father, Richard Horvitz; brother, Matthew Horvitz; and grandparents, Leonard and Joan Horvitz, in making a $5 million gift to UH’s Discover the Difference Campaign, naming the new Marcy Horvitz Pediatric Emergency Center in memory of Danielle’s late mother, Marcy.
